How it works:

  1. Create an AI assistant at assist.aalee.ai
  2. Train it with your website content, FAQs, or documents
  3. Install this plugin, paste your Assistant ID, and go live
  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Plugins Add New
  3. Search for “Aalee Assist”
  4. Click Install Now Activate
  5. You will be redirected to the settings page automatically
  6. Paste your Assistant ID from your Aalee Assist dashboard
  7. Click Save & Activate — your chat widget is now live on every page

Where to find your Assistant ID:

  1. Log in at assist.aalee.ai
  2. Go to Assistants
  3. Select your assistant
  4. Copy the Assistant ID and paste it in the plugin settings
Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all. Install the plugin, paste your Assistant ID, and save. That is everything.

Where do I find my Assistant ID?

Log in to assist.aalee.ai, go to Assistants, select your assistant, and copy the Assistant ID shown there.

Will this plugin slow down my website?

No. The widget script loads asynchronously — it never blocks your page from loading and has zero impact on your page speed.

Does the widget appear on all pages?

Yes. Once activated, the chat widget appears automatically on every page of your WordPress site.

Can I hand off chats to a human agent?

Yes. Aalee Assist supports human handoff. Your team can take over any conversation directly from the Aalee dashboard.

What happens if I close the setup popup?

You can always go to Settings Aalee Assist to configure your Assistant ID at any time.
