Description
Aarambha Case Management allows website visitors to submit inquiries through a front-end form, including file attachments, and receive automated email notifications as their case status changes. Administrators manage cases, update statuses, and customize email templates from the WordPress dashboard.

Displaying the Case Submission Form
Add the following shortcode to any page or post where you want the submission form to appear:

Installation
- Install the plugin either via the WordPress.org plugin directory or by uploading the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Go to Aarambha Case Management Settings in your WordPress dashboard to configure the notification email address and email templates.
- Add the
[aarambha_case_management_form]shortcode to any page to display the case submission form to visitors.
Automatic installation
Log in to your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins Add New, and search for “Aarambha Case Management.” Once found, click Install Now, then Activate.
Manual installation
Download the plugin and upload it to your server via FTP. See the WordPress Codex guide to managing plugins for detailed steps.
Updating
The plugin supports WordPress’s built-in automatic updates. As with any update, we recommend backing up your site beforehand.
Faq
Add the [aarambha_case_management_form] shortcode to any page or post. The form will appear where the shortcode is placed.
Go to Aarambha Case Management Settings Email Templates in your WordPress dashboard. From there you can edit the subject and body of each automated email.
