Adjust Accessibility

Adds an accessibility panel with controls for brightness, saturation, font size, spacing, and dark/light mode.

1. Upload the adjust-accessibility folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
3. The accessibility panel appears on the front end.
