Adroit Advertising Monitor for Meta Ads
Adroit Advertising Monitor for Meta Ads
Description
Adroit Advertising Monitor for Meta Ads brings a simpler read-only Meta Ads dashboard into WordPress. Connect a credential you create and control for your own advertising account, then review the last seven or thirty complete days and compare them with the preceding period.
Daily Trend shows spend alongside traffic, delivery, results or efficiency. Choose Traffic, Delivery, Results or Efficiency, or choose one to four allowlisted metrics. Incompatible units use separate, labeled axes or charts. Accessible tables provide the same observations.
Review spend, impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, link clicks, landing page views, purchases, purchase value, ROAS, CPA, CTR, link CTR, CPC and cost per link click where Meta supplies them. Missing data stays unavailable. Authoritative period totals can be available even when individual daily fields are missing. Reach is never summed across days and frequency is never averaged across days.
Investigate campaigns and ad sets, view read-only ad inventory, and configure performance goals. Qualifying incidents and history stay inside WordPress. There are no performance emails or automatic ad changes.
The optional Sitewide WooCommerce Results section reports totals across all traffic sources when enabled and WooCommerce is present. Those totals are not Meta-attributed. WooCommerce is not required.
This independent plugin is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. It is not an attribution platform, ad optimizer or Ads Manager replacement. No Pixel or Conversions API is installed. No telemetry, billing or hosted vendor service is included.
Connection and external service
This plugin contacts the Meta Graph/Marketing API at graph.facebook.com after an administrator explicitly tests or saves a connection or requests reporting. It uses the merchant-supplied credential with ads_read, account/entity identifiers, API version, requested fields, date ranges and attribution settings to retrieve account metadata, permission status, ad inventory and aggregate advertising reports. The credential is sent in an HTTPS Authorization header, not a URL. Meta also receives normal network metadata such as your server’s IP address. Ad thumbnails, where provided, load from Meta/Facebook CDN hosts in the administrator’s browser.
Credentials are encrypted using PHP Sodium on this WordPress installation; reports and settings are stored in its database. The plugin developer does not receive credentials or advertising data through this architecture. Hosting providers, administrators and backups may have access to the installation. Protect your backups and WordPress encryption salts. Salt/key changes require reconnection.
Meta eligibility, app access and token lifetime depend on your own account/app. Creating a credential is an administrator task; successful technical access is not a statement of Meta approval of this plugin’s distribution model.

Setup assistance
Connection & settings includes a manual setup guide and a copyable prompt for an AI assistant. Use your own existing Meta assets, request only necessary read-only reporting access and respect Meta restrictions. Never paste your token into AI chat or support. Enter it directly into the WordPress credential field.
Scheduled reporting uses WP-Cron and requires site traffic or a server cron runner. Initial collection can take several worker passes. Sync now collects bounded batches while the page remains open. API limits and incomplete batches are shown in System Status. No unrelated admin page triggers a Meta request merely by rendering.
Installation
- Install and activate Adroit Advertising Monitor for Meta Ads.
- Open Adroit Advertising Monitor for Meta Ads, then Connection & settings.
- Use the manual guide or copy the AI setup instructions if needed.
- Enter your own reporting credential, test access, and select a discovered ad account.
- Verify and save the connection; confirm the purchase event and attribution settings.
- Run the initial sync or allow the scheduled worker to collect reports.
PHP Sodium is required for credential encryption. Network activation is not supported; activate separately on each site.
Faq
It displays Meta advertising reports, daily trends, campaigns/ad sets, read-only ad inventory and local monitoring goals.
No. It is an independent integration without Meta affiliation or endorsement.
No. It has no ad modification transport or automatic ad changes.
ads_read and access to your selected advertising account. It does not require advertising write permissions. Meta app eligibility and access requirements still apply to your app.
Encrypted in this WordPress database using a key derived from the site’s authentication salt, or a separately configured encryption key. The saved credential is never shown. Keep site keys and backups secure.
No vendor collection endpoint or proxy exists in this plugin. WordPress communicates directly with Meta.
The plugin has no shared vendor Meta app or hosted authorization service. You authorize access through an app/account you control.
Yes. Copy the provided instructions. Your assistant should explain the current Meta setup without requesting your token in chat or bypassing restrictions. Enter the token directly into WordPress.
Meta may omit it, tracking may be unconfirmed, a denominator may be zero, or evidence may be missing, stale or incomplete. Unavailable is not the same as zero. A directly supported period total may coexist with unavailable daily observations.
Exact period values are shown only when Meta provides them for that period. Otherwise a clearly labeled daily value may be shown. Daily reach is not summed and frequency is not averaged.
An optional section shows sitewide totals across all traffic sources, not Meta-attributed sales. Without WooCommerce the section is absent.
No. Neither is installed or used.
One selected account per WordPress installation. Switching accounts keeps reporting contexts separate.
No. Goal incidents and history are local to WordPress.
The local credential and connection are removed and collection stops. Historical reports/incidents remain. The token is not revoked at Meta.
Credentials are always removed. Reports/incidents are retained by default. Enable deletion on uninstall before uninstalling to remove the plugin’s reporting tables. Backups are managed separately. Retained disconnected data is not automatically reattached to a new connection.
180 days by default, configurable from 90 to 730 days. Cleanup runs with the scheduled worker. Remove data earlier when it is no longer needed or when required by Meta or your obligations.
After directory approval, use this plugin’s WordPress.org support forum. Copy the sanitized System Report; never post access tokens, app secrets, credentials or private customer information. Report suspected security vulnerabilities privately to AdTrendMonitor@adroit.33mail.com. Include reproduction steps and the plugin version, but never send access tokens, app secrets, credentials or private customer information. Do not disclose an unpatched vulnerability in the public support forum.
