Didn't work
By madukdiver on July 4, 2025
Easy to install the plugin. Looks very good but.... I set up Google reCAPTCHA v2, confirmed the keys were working ok. But no "I'm not a robot" CAPTCHA appeared on any of the pages where it should have. Couldn't get it to do anything useful at all. Mine's a very standard WordPress site so nothing special, very disappointed by this utter waste of time. Good luck if it works for you but pointless in my case
Absolute garbage - nothing works
By jessebrightman on May 1, 2025
Absolute garbage spam upsell junk plugin. Older versions were great but now it's just bloatware and plain doesn't work and forces you into paid junk.
Awesome plugin

Always problems
By masterita on February 27, 2025
The basic functions of this plugin do not work, so I don't trust paying for the pro-plan will be worth it. So many users complain about not being able to log in daily. Even when I try to set the very basic "I AM NOT A ROBOT" button, it always asks the math question, which apparently thinks math is racist because 2+2 does not equal 4 with this plugin.
Not Working
By Besalb Kercuku (besalb) on January 31, 2025
I have carefully followed all the procedures (this isn't my first time), yet Google reCaptcha v3 is still not appearing on my site. It's simply not working!
Recaptcha refuses constantly to work
By martinloehr on January 16, 2025
Using a simple basic domain and setup WP with standard features to try the recaptcha Plugin delieveres consequently the same error, even if the key check inside the plugin says "All Okay".
There is NO Subdomain or any other structure which can make it difficult, its only a simple DE domain which tells me fehlerhinweis für inhaber der website invalid domain for site key.
But it is not its clearly defines at google recaptcha, not used for another domain NO only for one domain.
So I think there is a clear improvement error which has to be found.
In the meantime we will uninstall the plugin otherwise the website and so the business is interupted.
Let me know when the error is fixed.
Thanks
Excellent plugin, user friendly

This is a very good plugin with very good support. It's easy to use and does what it says on the tin. 5 stars
Completely broken
By php4fan on October 17, 2024
We were using this plugin to protect the Comments form, and like many other people, we were getting tons of spam by bots regardless. And that's not because Google Recaptcha v3 itself is that bad, or because spambots have learnt how to bypass it, but because the plugin is fundamentally broken.
Its authors clearly don't even understand how Google Recaptcha v3 works. For more details see my post in the forum (apparently we are not supposed to include links in reviews?).
Basically the plugin completely ignores the score given by Google that tells you how likely the submission is to come from a human or a bot, and lets through everything.
Oh, and that was prior to the latest update (version 1.23). The latest version has a bug in the JavaScript code that, instead, causes ALL submissions to be rejected with a recaptcha error. That's a lot of fun if you enabled the Recaptcha for the login form! (clarification: that means you'll be unable to log in to your website).
So it went from "completely useless" to "will brick your website".
How this has more than 100k installations is beyond my understanding.
Locked me o ut of my own site

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS PLUGIN. IT LOCKED ME OUT OF MY OWN SITE WHEN REDIRECTING THE LOGIN PAGE. EVEN AFTER DELETING THE PLUGIN I CANNOT GAIN ACCESS.
