Configuration

Bubble Chat

  1. Go to Settings > Agentivo Chatbots.
  2. Enter your Bubble Chat ID.
  3. Save changes.
  4. The chat bubble will appear automatically across your site.

Inline Chat

  1. Go to Settings > Agentivo Chatbots.
  2. Enter your Inline Chat ID.
  3. Configure Width and Height (default: 100% width, 600px height).
  4. Save changes.
  5. Insert the Agentivo Chat block in the Block Editor or use the shortcode.

Shortcode Options

The [agentivo_chat] shortcode supports optional attributes:

  • id – Override the configured inline chat ID.
  • width – Set a custom width.
  • height – Set a custom height.

Example:

[agentivo_chat width=”800px” height=”500px”]

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.3 or higher
  • PHP 8.1 or higher
  1. Upload the agentivo-chatbots folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install via the WordPress plugin installer.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Navigate to Settings > Agentivo Chatbots to configure your chatbot widgets.

Does this plugin require an external service?

Yes. Agentivo Chatbots connects to the Agentivo AI platform to power automated conversations.

Is it compatible with Gutenberg?

Yes. The plugin includes a custom block for the WordPress Block Editor.

Does it affect performance?

No. Scripts are loaded asynchronously and optimized for minimal impact.
