We have built the plugin with performance as a top priority. The frontend tracking script is lightweight and loads asynchronously, so it won’t affect your site’s perceived loading speed for customers. All heavy data analysis happens within your WordPress admin area.

Do I need an OpenAI API key for the free version?

No. The limited weekly insight report in the free version is generated without needing your own API key. An API key is only required for the advanced, on-demand AI features.
