What data is sent to third-party AI services?

Free Version: No data is sent to external services. All features use mock simulations.

Pro Version (Cloud AI providers): When you use AI features, the following data is sent to your chosen AI provider:
– Product information (name, description, price, attributes)
– Customer queries and questions
– Cart contents for analysis (when using cart analysis feature)

Data is sent only when:
– User actively uses AI search features
– User requests AI cart analysis
– User asks questions using the Product Assistant

Pro Version (Self-Hosted / Custom provider): If you configure a self-hosted LLM endpoint (Ollama, vLLM, LM Studio, or your own private deployment), all AI processing happens within your own infrastructure. No product data or customer queries are sent to any third-party service.

Your API keys and user personal information are never transmitted to our servers.

Is this plugin compatible with my theme?

Yes, the plugin respects privacy laws. In the Pro version, API calls are made directly from your server to the AI provider – we don’t store or process your customer data.

Can I use this on multiple sites?

The free version can be used on unlimited sites. Pro licenses support one website per license.

What happens if I deactivate the Pro version?

Your site will continue to work normally with the free version features, switching back to mock simulation mode instead of real AI calls. Pro features will be disabled but all your settings and data remain intact.

Do users need to be logged in to use AI features?

Yes, AI features require user registration and login for better personalization and security. Guest users can browse products normally but need to create an account to access AI-powered search, cart analysis, and product Q&A features.

Can I adjust the search performance settings?

Yes! You can configure “Products Per Batch” (default: 100) and “Maximum Batches” (automatically calculated based on your store’s product count) in the Search Performance settings to optimize performance for your store size.
