Alex King's Popularity Contest (AKPC) Widget

Sidebar widget version of Popularity Contest plugin by Alex King. Please install and activate the plugin before using this widget.

1. Download and unzip akpc-widget.zip
2. Upload the folder containing akpc-widget.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
4. To display Popularity Contest Widget, browse to Design > Widgets and drag-and-drop the widget to desired sidebar. You may configure the Title and specify the CSS class name (without quotes) to style the look. Save your changes and you are done.

What if I don’t set any value in the widget settings?

If you don’t set any values then widget displays the profile with some default text and values. The default widget title is ‘Popular Posts’ and the default UL class name is taken as ‘popularposts’.
