Altocloud’s WooCommerce integration enables real-time predictive analytics & voice, video or chat communications capabilities in your store. Convert shoppers to buyers and talk with the right visitors at the right moments.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Login to your WordPress site, then go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Upload woocommerce-altocloud-integration.zip and click on Install Now.
3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
4. Configure your Account ID and enable Tracking snippet and E-commerce extension.

Where can I enable and configure this plugin?

This plugin will be added under the Integration tab in the WooCommerce > Settings menu.

It’s not working and I don’t see the snippet on my site. What’s wrong?

We intentionally don’t track visits to the site by the administrator. Log out of the site (or open a Google Chrome Incognito window) and check if the snippet is now on the site.

Also please make sure your Account ID is configured under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Integrations.
