Description
AovUp Wholesale Pricing for WooCommerce lets you run a B2B and B2C store side by side. Retail customers see your normal prices. Customers with a wholesale role see and pay their wholesale prices everywhere: shop, product pages, cart, checkout (classic and block) and orders.
Free features
- Wholesale roles. A “Wholesale customer” role is added for you. Add more roles (Distributor, Reseller, VIP…) from the settings screen, or use roles you already have.
- Wholesale price per role on every product. Set a fixed wholesale price for each role on simple products and on each variation.
- Discount per role. Products without a wholesale price can get a percentage off the regular price for each role, so you don’t have to edit every product.
- Sale prices handled your way. Wholesale customers pay the lower of the sale price and the wholesale price, or always the wholesale price.
- Clear price display. Show the retail price crossed out next to the wholesale price, show it under the wholesale price, or show only the wholesale price. The labels are yours to change.
- Variable products. Price ranges update for wholesale customers.
- Wholesale orders are marked. The order screen shows which wholesale role placed the order.
- Works with the Cart and Checkout blocks, with taxes, and with High-Performance Order Storage.
Everything above is free, without limits or time restrictions, and the plugin doesn’t contact any outside service.

When the paid AovUp Wholesale Pricing or Wholesale Pricing Pro is active, this free plugin pauses itself.
Installation
- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Install AovUp Wholesale Pricing for WooCommerce from Plugins > Add New, or upload the zip, then activate it.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale to choose your wholesale roles, add roles and set a discount per role.
- Edit a product: under Product data > General (or in each variation) enter a wholesale price for each role.
- Give customers a wholesale role under Users > Edit user > Role.

The wholesale price set on the product for their role. If there isn’t one, the role’s percentage discount off the regular price. If neither is set, the normal price. A customer with several wholesale roles pays the lowest of their wholesale prices.

No. Guests and customers without a wholesale role only see your normal prices.
Yes. Prices are applied by WooCommerce itself, so the blocks, the classic cart and checkout, and orders all use the wholesale price.
You give them a wholesale role under Users > Edit user. A registration form with approval is part of AovUp Wholesale Pricing Pro.
Settings and the roles the plugin created are removed (customers in those roles go back to “Customer”). Wholesale prices saved on products are kept, in case you install the plugin again.
