This plugin will give you the option to Disable Application Passwords.
after Activation you can manage in the General Settings,
Application Passwords were introduced in WordPress 5.6

1. Upload to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the \’Plugins\’ menu in WordPress.
