App build is limited to 1 (there is no mention anywhere about this limitation). This way, it is impossible to test the app if you make any change. End of my AppMySIte experience! bye bye

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent charge. I have requested a refund for the amount charged to me, as the app in question no longer exists. Moreover, I am deeply concerned to see that the amount charged was €938.98 instead of the originally agreed €186.89 an increase I never authorized or accepted.

It has been a very pleasant experience. I knew absolutely nothing about android and apple apps and publishing them. With AppMySite it has been a pleasure. When I'm stuck I simply send them a message and within seconds they know exactly how to help me. My app has been publish on both platforms and the entire process took only a few days. I would highly recommend investing in AppMySite. Their business ethics are beyond anything I've ever seen from any tech company and they work on fixing bugs promptly.

Slow support - Unhappy paid customer

How can reply on this plugin when you take 2-3 days to respond? What if there is a critical issue that requires your input? I am a paid customer who is currently unhappy with this service. I thought support would be better once I sign up but that's absolutely not the case. The plugin has compatibility issues for which the support is too late to respond. YOU CANNOT CHARGE PEOPLE PREMIUM FEE AND TAKE 3 DAYS TO RESPOND? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I am using this on 3 big business sites and soon will use it on many more. I have always found the support to be very helpful over the years and they have solved any issues that crop up from time to time. Whilst problems do pop up, they are always solved. I would recommend this.

Horrible Customer service and garbage software

I have just spent almost 2 weeks waiting for a refund as these people offer you zero support when you paid for it.. I paid the highest subscription so I could get top priority and was unable to launch my site and they gave zero effort to help.. Biggest scam out of all the software and I recommend WordPress cut any ties with bad businesses like this. I will be challenging the fees through my bank and will even sue if they want to fight.. It is only $100 but since they are so trash at support I will do whatever it takes to redeem my money and let future clients know the risk of working with these frauds. P.s. I do not even rate 1 star...

It’s a scam!

They are the worst platform you can choose to make ur app. They charge wild prices and promise so many services, but once u pay, ticket response becomes super slow and nothing gets done to fix the bugs on their platform. When you ask for a refund, they blame u for not reading their no refund policy and don’t event try to make up for their bugs, but also blame your hosting. It’s a scam!

Waste of time and money

This plugin and service is a pure Waste of time and money: Bought this supposed to be AI powered plugin that was supposed to create the best app for a wordpress/woocommerce site, but it failed at every aspect! The app was unstable, the google login never worked and so did my checkout (which works fine on my website): it made the resulting app a pure waste!!! The support team is the perfect image of an Indian service: Very slow and just doesn't care after the client makes the payment!! They told me in the first weeks after I raised tickets that they escalated the issue and that the escalation team is working on it. after a month (yes an entire month!!), they just stopped replying to my emails and demands for refund. Summary of 2 months trap: appmysite is a pure scam!!! NB: whoever needs a confirmation can contact me and I can share the exchanged emails!
