  1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
  2. Upload the plugin via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin, or search for “WooCommerce Atiendia Assistant” in the directory.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Go to WooCommerce Settings Atiendia Assistant to configure the API base URL and appearance.
  5. You will need to provide WooCommerce “read-only” access keys for the Sync Now to work.

Does this require an external service?

Yes. The assistant communicates with the Atiendia backend for inference. You can configure the base URL in settings.

Is it compatible with HPOS?

Yes. The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.

Does it slow down my site?

The widget is lightweight and loads asynchronously. Server work happens off-site.

  • Fix: Sync history table was never populated due to incorrect API response key (data vs items).
  • Fix: Sync log could remain stuck in “running” status permanently if the job failed mid-execution; now correctly transitions to “error”.
  • Fix: Products deleted from WooCommerce are now removed from the assistant catalog on each sync (MySQL + PostgreSQL RAG).
  • Fix: Chunk counter now reflects only newly inserted rows (was always reporting the total on re-syncs).
  • Fix: Reset Site operation now also clears the RAG products table (previously only kb_chunks was cleared).
  • Security: Reset Site JWT token is now sent in the POST body instead of the URL query string, preventing token leakage in server access logs.
  • UI: Sync status now shows a color-coded animated indicator dot (green / amber / red).
  • UI: Sync history rows now display color-coded status badges instead of plain text.
  • UI: Dates in the history table are formatted to the browser locale.
  • UI: Danger Zone section has a distinct visual style (red left border box) to prevent accidental clicks.
  • UI: Sync Now button is disabled while a sync is in progress and re-enables on completion or error.
