Quick note upfront: This plugin is used to make it easy to launch your bluebarry quiz funnels inside of your WooCommerce store. To actually build and design the product quizzes, you’ll need a bluebarry account.

These are the steps you can follow:
1) You build your Quiz design and questions & answers in bluebarry.
Create your quiz flow, design the look and feel, and set up questions that help identify what your customers actually need. The bluebarry platform gives you full control over colors, fonts, and layout to match your brand
2) You connect your WooCommerce catalog
Connect your WooCommerce store to bluebarry with your Tenant ID and API key. Version 2.0.0 adds direct product sync from the plugin settings, including products, variations, prices, stock status, categories, tags, SKUs, and product attributes. Products can sync automatically when they are created, updated, deleted, or trashed.
3) You launch your recommendation quiz on your WooCommerce store
Using our WooCommerce plugin (Yes, this one), you can embed your quiz anywhere on your store. Choose from popups, slide-ins, embedded sections, or trigger the quiz based on user behavior like time on page or scroll depth.

Installation
Automated Installation
Getting your product quizzes live on your WooCommerce store is easier than you think:
- Go to Plugins -> Add New in your WordPress admin
- Search for “bluebarry” in the plugin directory
- Click Install Now, then Activate
- Look for the new Bluebarry menu in your admin sidebar
- Connect your bluebarry account using your Tenant ID and API key from Bluebarry Studio
- Click Sync All Products Now to send your WooCommerce catalog to Bluebarry
Manual Installation
For the hands-on approach (or if automatic installation doesn’t work):
- Download the plugin file from the WordPress plugin directory
- Upload the plugin folder to your
/wp-content/plugins/directory via FTP - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress

Yes, the bluebarry WooCommerce plugin is free. However, this plugin is only meant to implement the quiz funnels on your WooCommerce store. To actually build the quiz funnels you’ll need a bluebarry account. Look at our pricing to learn more about the different plans we offer.
Open the Bluebarry settings page in WordPress, enter your Tenant ID and API key from Bluebarry Studio, save the settings, and click Sync All Products Now. When auto-sync is enabled, product changes are also sent to Bluebarry when WooCommerce products or variations are created, updated, deleted, or trashed.
Yes. Version 2.0.0 syncs purchasable products and variations, groups variations with their parent product ID, and includes product attributes, categories, tags, price, compare-at price, currency, stock status, stock quantity, SKU, image URL, and product URL.
WooCommerce is required for product sync, add-to-cart, and conversion tracking. If WooCommerce is inactive, the plugin shows an admin warning and keeps the basic advisor script behavior available.
