- WooCommerce 8.0+
- A secure (HTTPS) store for production use
- A Brunel Shipping merchant account (sign up)
Privacy / External service
This plugin connects your store to Brunel Shipping, an online delivery service. A Brunel merchant account is required (sign up). By installing, activating, and connecting the plugin, you authorize Brunel to process the information needed to quote shipping rates and fulfill deliveries.
What Brunel uses to serve your customers
- At checkout, Brunel receives destination address details and package information needed to calculate shipping rates.
- After you connect your store in the Brunel merchant portal, Brunel can sync orders and product information so you can fulfill deliveries and (optionally) show product promotions on branded tracking pages, and can update order status when a package is delivered.
- Plugin settings stay on your WordPress site. Optional debug logging is off by default.
Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/brunel-shipping-for-woocommerce/or install via the WordPress plugin uploader. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen.
- Go to WooCommerce Settings Integration Brunel Shipping.
- Click Generate REST API keys and copy credentials into the Brunel merchant portal.
- Add Brunel Shipping to the shipping zone that matches your customers (e.g. regional zone, not only country-wide).

Faq
Add the Brunel Shipping method to the most specific shipping zone that matches the customer address. WooCommerce uses zone specificity — a country-wide zone alone may not apply if a regional zone matches first.
Yes. The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) and Checkout Blocks.
The setup-notice flag and key-generation lock are removed. Integration settings, the authentication key, and connection log options are kept by default so a brief deactivation does not force a full reconnect. Delete those options from the Brunel settings screen (or via WP-CLI) if you need a clean wipe.
