BSS Customer Feedback Hub for WooCommerce replaces the basic WooCommerce review box with a rich, modern “Customer Feedback” section — star reviews, community questions & answers, photo & video uploads, helpful voting, verified-owner badges and full moderation — all in one lightweight, dependency-free plugin.

Privacy

Contributions are stored as native WordPress comments. When a visitor submits a review, question, answer, photo, video or comment, the plugin stores the name and email address they enter (or their account details when logged in) and the submitter’s IP address — the same data WordPress records for any comment — to attribute the contribution, verify ownership and de-duplicate helpful votes. The plugin does not send any data to external services and does not track visitors.

1. Upload the bss-customer-feedback-hub-for-woocommerce folder to /wp-content/plugins/ (or install the zip via Plugins → Add New → Upload).
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
3. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
4. Configure options under Reviews → Settings.
5. Moderate submissions under Reviews → Contributions.
