  1. Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/capripio-easy-chat-support, or install it from Plugins Add New.
  2. Activate the plugin.
  3. Go to Chat Support Settings.
  4. Choose your widget color, position, welcome message, and business hours.
  5. Your live chat widget is ready. New messages will appear in Chat Support Inbox.
Do I need a third-party service?

No. Everything runs on your own WordPress website. You do not need to create an account, sign up for another service, or use API keys.

Does this slow down my website?
