This plugin connects to external third-party services to enable the WhatsApp chat button functionality.

WhatsApp / Meta

When a visitor clicks the chat button, they are redirected to one of the following WhatsApp URLs (no data is sent by the plugin itself — the redirect happens in the user’s browser):

• Mobile: https://wa.me/ — Opens the WhatsApp app on mobile devices.
• Desktop: https://web.whatsapp.com/send — Opens WhatsApp Web on desktop browsers.

The phone number you enter in the plugin settings is appended to these URLs client-side. No data is transmitted to Anthropic, CaseAI servers, or any other party by this plugin.

1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
3. Go to Settings -> CaseAI Chat to enter your WhatsApp number.
4. Click Save. The widget is now live!
