Enables a widget with the category description. This is useful if the theme you are using is not showing
this information.

Works on tags and other taxonomies as well.

Looked at the code and readme for it. I am not even sure this works.

Nothing happens/changes when turned on. No description of how to use it, place it, install it, no shortcode. Nothing. Why bother making something if you can't even provide one line on how to use it?
