The plugin allows you to filter email addresses.

1. Unzip and upload wpcf7_blacklist.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Place <?php do_action('wpcf7_blacklist_hook'); ?> in your templates
