Contact Form 7 → WooCommerce Membership

Adds Contact Form 7 entries as new users (if necessary) and grants them the specified WooCommerce Membership plan.

1. Upload this plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
3. Edit your contact forms to choose the membership ID and mode and specify the user data fields.
