By using this plugin, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. The plugin communicates with the external ChatFlow Pro SaaS API at https://chatflow-pro.site.
2. Phone numbers, customer first names, and generated OTP verification codes are transmitted securely to this API solely for dispatching WhatsApp messages.
3. You must register for an account on ChatFlow Pro to obtain your Instance ID and Secret Token.

  1. Upload the cfpro-otp-verification directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
  3. Navigate to WooCommerce > CFPro OTP in your admin dashboard.
  4. Enter your ChatFlow Pro Instance ID and Secret Token to pair your WhatsApp device.
  5. Enable Checkout OTP or Account Login OTP, configure your expiry timer, and customize your WhatsApp message templates.
  6. Click Save Settings.

Do I need a ChatFlow Pro account to use this plugin?

Yes. You need an active ChatFlow Pro account to obtain an Instance ID and Secret Token, which links your physical WhatsApp device to your WooCommerce site for automated background messaging.

What happens if my WhatsApp device gets disconnected?

The plugin includes an automatic fail-safe mechanism (is_saas_connected). If the gateway becomes disconnected, the plugin gracefully suspends checkout interception so customer purchases and logins are never blocked.

Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce themes like Woodmart and Astra?

Yes! CFPro OTP Verification hooks directly into standard WooCommerce action hooks (woocommerce_checkout_process, woocommerce_login_form_end, and woocommerce_register_form_end) and supports both Classic Checkout and modern Gutenberg Checkout Blocks.

Does the plugin support Arabic language and RTL layouts?
