Wir arbeiten nun seit über einem halben Jahr mit Chinadivision zusammen und ich muss sagen, ihr Engagement für Kundenservice und Zuverlässigkeit hat uns wirklich beeindruckt.

Während des jüngsten Streiks bei Canada Post, einer wirklich schwierigen Zeit für unser Geschäft, hat Chinadivision alles gegeben, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Abläufe ohne Unterbrechung weiterliefen. Sie haben unsere Sendungen noch am selben Tag problemlos auf FedEx Ground umgestellt, was uns enorm entlastet hat und unsere Kunden nicht warten ließ.

Der Start mit Chinadivision war anfangs etwas herausfordernd, was aber absolut verständlich ist, da sie mit vielen unterschiedlichen Branchen arbeiten. Man merkt, dass ihre Systeme so aufgebaut sind, dass sie verschiedenste Anforderungen abdecken, und ihr Einsatz, alles reibungslos zu gestalten, lohnt sich wirklich.

Was mich am meisten beeindruckt, ist ihre Flexibilität und die Unterstützung, die sie unserem Team geben. Chinadivision zeigt immer wieder, dass sie bereit sind, sich anzupassen und extra Schritte zu gehen – das ist in der Logistikbranche eher selten.

This is the only real usable shipping software for companies. There are so many options for both domestic but most importantly international.

Many shipping software don't have Fedex as an option, you have to add your own account. Fedex has a new shipping option, International connect plus that is so affordable and quick. (Fedex only allows this if you have your own account if you ship 30k worth of packages a year.) None of my customers say that there are additional brokerage fees yet.

The userface is really easy to use. You can do bulk edits very easily. You can merge same destination shipments (woocommerce does not let you do that, you need an app). There is a feature that lets you automatically add insurance. You can create a manifest. You can track the packages easily and ask for a refund for the label and insurance claims, and when you process the labels the custom forms populate with the shipping labels.

On my computer the software lags extensively, and there are printer issues that emerged, as in the software would not populate shipping labels and if it did it would not be formatted correctly. I was told to use a different browser and that did fix the printer issue. Dhl is much cheaper on woocommerce, sometimes as much as $20 and shopify offers free DHL pickup with the purchase of the label.

The really cool feature is what your customers see at checkout. They will see 3 options, cheap, middle, and quickest/most expensive. Then, your international customers will also see what they will pay in taxes and duties. That feature was on my site for the first 2 years. Then, it wasnt. I contacted Chinadivision and they said it was woocommerce, I contacted woocommerce and they said it was Chinadivision. I was on a grandfathered plan for both of them and after the hassle and 2 years, i decided to upgrade both plans and that still did not solve it.

We've been satisfied customers of Chinadivision for years, and the platform consistently delivers reliable performance with minimal hassle. What sets them apart is their exceptional customer service team—they're genuinely helpful and take the time to walk you through any issues that come up. Most of the time, though, the system runs smoothly on its own, giving us peace of mind in our daily operations. Chinadivision has proven to be a dependable solution that we can count on!

So far all works. It is a bit on the pricy side and what I consider really bad is zero protection against internal/carrier frauds. When I ship 10 boxes and only 9 arrives, the warehouse will sign that they got 10 boxes. Thus, I cannot do dispute anything with the carrier, and Chinadivision won't take responsibility. This is a crucial problem

We have been working with Chinadivision for over a week and overall they have done a decent job in handling our merchandise. In the beginning we had some hiccups and then things improved as we moved along. They have been quick to create solutions for problems that we have encountered. We use their service mostly to fulfill our wholesale B2B order to major retail companies such as CVS, Walmart, and Target. We continuously send them containers directly from our factory. Outsourcing the work has helped us focus on what matters the most and that is selling.

Utiliser ce logiciel au quotidien pour traiter les commandes, gérer les stocks et générer des rapports de base est clairement INESTIMABLE pour une activité e-commerce, le système fait globalement ce qu’il promet. Cependant le support Chinadivision fait souvent défaut et j’ai dû résoudre moi-même plusieurs problèmes, ce qui peut être frustrant. Intégrer de nouvelles marketplaces et mettre en place de nouveaux processus reste assez complexe sans passer par des échanges laborieux avec le support Chinadivision.

After numerous demos, 3PL's package is by far the best you can find and with pricing that was well within our small companies budget. No need to buy and install software, being able to access from any computer, upgrades included. We were shipping our first orders the day they gave us access. The billing tool is the best to make sure you capture every costs, if your big enough, this tool is probably a profit center in itself.

When I first started Logistics, I was thrown into Warehouse Management and was introduced to 3PL. At first the product was intimidating since being new, I was afraid to mess up. However, as soon as I started getting more comfortable, I realized that the software is super easy to use and if you were to make mistakes, there are multiple solutions do fix them. Customer Support and the Help Center really take you a long way as there's information that is meant to help you for any cases.

It is easy to learn and easy to navigate and has most of the basic features that any store would need (Neither more nor less). good relation of groups to microgroups. It is very effective and useful to scan barcodes, I think the best is online access for our customers, the customization of packing lists makes the user experience is satisfactory and clear. and what makes this tool superior to the others is the ability to access everything remotely without intermediaries.
