ClickSyncr for Moosend – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator connects Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator to Moosend. Each configured form sends its submissions to the Moosend list you choose, with no code required.

External services
Diagnostic sharing is on by default and can be turned off in the Advanced section of any connected form. It sends software versions, aggregate configuration and delivery counts, and random installation/device identifiers to Signls. It excludes contact/submission values and credentials. See privacy details.
This plugin connects to Moosend. When you connect, refresh or open a configured form’s settings, it authenticates with your API key and requests the available lists, fields and account settings. A configured form submission sends the email address and the fields you map to your selected destination. A test submission sends the test address and configured fields. Subscription and consent settings determine whether a submission is sent.

Privacy
ClickSyncr does not set tracking cookies or send visitor IP addresses to a geolocation service. If you map context fields, the mapped page URL, IP address, browser information or submission time is sent to Moosend. Optional sender context adds the page, form, time and browser to the site owner’s notification email. API credentials, form settings and sync counters are stored in your WordPress database. Administrators can enable a local diagnostic log with redacted personal data. ClickSyncr does not receive your form submissions.
Installation
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New and search for “ClickSyncr for Moosend – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator”.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Edit a form in any supported builder and open its ClickSyncr for Moosend – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator settings.
- Paste your Moosend API key, choose a list, and map your fields (email is required). Save.

Faq
Yes. You’ll need an active Moosend account and an API key to sync your subscribers.
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator. At least one of them must be installed and activated.
Log in to Moosend and open Settings, then copy your API key. Paste it into the form’s Moosend settings.
Map your form fields to the email address, name and the custom fields of your Moosend list.
Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the subscriber is sent to Moosend; if they leave it unticked, nothing is sent at all, so nobody is added without agreeing. Leave it as “None” to use the subscriber status you chose for the form.
Yes. Every form has its own ClickSyncr for Moosend – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator setup, so each can sync to a different list with its own API key.
The plugin sends only the fields you map, and only to Moosend. Nothing is collected by ClickSyncr itself. Read about our policy.
