This plugin stores the following data within your WordPress and WooCommerce database:

The free version of Consona Remarketing does not transmit customer, order, basket, or tracking data to Consona servers.

External Services

The free version of Consona Remarketing does not send customer, order, basket, tracking, or unsubscribe data to Consona or any third-party service.

Recovery emails are sent using the website’s configured WordPress email system. If the site owner uses a third-party email delivery provider (for example SMTP or transactional email services), email delivery is handled according to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/consona-remarketing-for-woocommerce directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
  3. Ensure WooCommerce is installed and activated.
  4. Configure the plugin from WooCommerce > Consona Remarketing.

Does this work without WooCommerce?

No. WooCommerce is required.

Does the plugin send customer data to Consona?

No. The free version stores data locally in your WordPress and WooCommerce database and does not send customer data to Consona servers.

Can I disable tracking?

Yes. Tracking and consent-related settings can be configured within the plugin settings.

Does the plugin send recovery emails automatically?
