CrossSell Mailer is a WooCommerce automation tool that sends post-purchase emails with personalized coupon codes based on products the customer has bought.

CrossSell Mailer Lite is distributed under the GPLv2 or later license.

The Lite version includes functional limits as described above.

  1. Upload the plugin files to /wp-content/plugins/ or install directly from the WordPress Plugins directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
  3. Go to Coupon Rules to create your first automation rule.
  4. Select a trigger product and a target product.
  5. Customize the automatic coupon and the post-purchase email template.
  6. (Optional) Use the Send Test Email feature to preview the email.

Does the plugin work with any WooCommerce product type?

Yes. Simple, variable, and subscription products are supported.

Can I create more than one rule?

The Lite version allows one rule. You can upgrade to CrossSell Mailer Pro for unlimited rules.

Can I send delayed emails?

Delayed and scheduled emails are available in the Pro version.

Are custom email templates supported?

Yes. You can edit the subject, heading, content, and footer. Pro adds advanced templates.

Can I test the email without making a purchase?

Yes. Use the “Send Test Email” button in the rule editor.

Does this plugin affect existing WooCommerce emails?

No. It creates its own dedicated post-purchase automation flow.
