Custom Featured Image Metabox

With this plugin, you can custom the Featured Image metabox by:

• Set the title text instead of the default “Featured Image”.
• Add instructions for the image, like the image dimensions.
• Set a custom set / remove link text, instead of the default “Set / Remove featured image”.
• Custom the metabox by post types. Each post type has its own custom settings.

Using The WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
2. Search for ‘custom-featured-image-metabox’
3. Click ‘Install Now’
4. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
2. Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
3. Select custom-featured-image-metabox.zip from your computer
4. Click ‘Install Now’
5. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

1. Download custom-featured-image-metabox.zip
2. Extract the custom-featured-image-metabox directory to your computer
3. Upload the custom-featured-image-metabox directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
4. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
