1. Upload the custom-wp-admin-login folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Go to Custom WP Admin Login Option Page by admin menu.
4. Configure the plugin setting as you want.
