Automatic Installation

  1. Go to ‘Plugins’ > ‘Add New’ in your WordPress dashboard
  2. Search for ‘Databot’
  3. Click ‘Install Now’
  4. Activate the plugin
  5. Go to ‘Databot’ in the side menu
  6. Enter your Bot ID and API Key

Manual Installation

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file
  2. Go to ‘Plugins’ > ‘Add New’ > ‘Upload Plugin’
  3. Select the ZIP file and click ‘Install Now’
  4. Activate the plugin
  5. Go to ‘Databot’ in the side menu
  6. Enter your Bot ID and API Key

Configuration

  1. Go to Databot.cl
  2. Register or log in
  3. Create your first chatbot or go to the ‘Chatbot’ tab
  4. Click on the ‘Implement’ (Implementar) button
  5. In the popup window, select the ‘WordPress’ tab
  6. Copy your Bot ID and API Key
  7. Paste them into the plugin settings in WordPress
  8. Save changes
Do I need an account at Databot.cl?

Yes, you need to register at Databot.cl to create your chatbot and obtain the necessary credentials (Bot ID and API Key) to connect the plugin.
