Date/Time Fields for Gravity Forms

Create a new custom field for the Gravity Forms plugin called Date/Time field:

1. Upload the datetime-fields-for-gravityforms plugin to /wp-content/plugins/ or install directly through the WordPress Plugins screen.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Open any Gravity Forms form editor and drag the Date/Time field from the Advanced Fields panel.
