I had an issues which ended up being related to my understanding of how the plugin worked and this was successfully resolved. Then their team followed up and made a couple of other suggestions and provided additional support on an another issue. The software works well for enabling a deposit and payment plan to follow a purchase. We use this software on two sites. Good software and good support.

A client of ours needed to support partial payments for their customers. We installed this plugin and it worked out perfectly. There is another similar tool on the Woo plugins site but it is nowhere close to how configurable this one is. We only use the 50% deposit option, and it works great.

Basically, it'll allow people to split their order at checkout and pay only a percentage now and pay the rest later. The plugin automatically creates a 'child' order for the partial payments and people can pay for them directly from their account. It worked just fine with the Stripe payment gateway plugin from Payment Plugins (the best one in my opinion).

Thanks to the Acowebs team for being prompt in responding to tickets. We had an (unrelated) issue with payment fees being added improperly, but it turned out to be the fault of another plugin. Acowebs took the time to help us find the culprit, and they actually told exactly where the issue was in the other plugin. Even though I expect this is not common practice, they went out of their way to make sure the issue was resolved. This is the type of support we need from plugin companies.
