Disable Post Format UI

This plugin is fairly basic. It simply disables the post format UI on the edit post screen. There’s nothing fancy here. It just does this simple job.

1. Upload disable-post-format-ui to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

More detailed instructions are included in the plugin’s readme.html file.

Why was this plugin created?

Some folks don’t want or need the post format UI to show on the edit post screen. This takes care of that.

How do I use it?

Install and activate it. That’s it!
