This plugin can connect to third-party services when you enable the related features in the plugin settings or in a form’s configuration.

Google Sheets

This plugin can connect to Google Sheets so form submissions can be written to a spreadsheet and, when needed, a spreadsheet can be created and checked from the WordPress admin area.

Data sent:
* Google service account credentials that you paste into the plugin settings are used only to request an OAuth access token from Google.
* Spreadsheet metadata such as the spreadsheet ID, sheet name, and header row may be requested when you validate or use a Google Sheets connection.
* Form submission values are sent to Google Sheets only when Google Sheets sync is enabled for a form and a submission is processed.

When data is sent:
* When you save and use a Google service account for Sheets access.
* When the plugin validates a configured spreadsheet or reads sheet headers.
* When a visitor submits a form that has Google Sheets sync enabled.

Service provider:
* Google: Google API Services User Data Policy, Google Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy

Anti-Spam / Captcha Services

When captcha is enabled for a form, the plugin loads the required JavaScript API from the configured third-party captcha provider and sends a server-side verification request to validate the user’s response. No data is sent unless an administrator configures API keys in the plugin settings and enables captcha on a form.

Installation

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/divine-smart-forms directory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress Plugins > Add New screen by searching for “Divine Smart Forms”.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
Open Divine Forms in the left-hand WordPress admin menu.
Click + Add New to create your first form and save it.
Copy the generated shortcode (e.g., [divismfo_form id="123"]) and place it on any page, post, or widget where you want the form to appear.

Version 1.2.5 introduces robust anti-spam features. You can enable built-in Honeypot, Google reCAPTCHA v2, Cloudflare Turnstile, or hCaptcha from the global settings and apply them to any form.

Can I customize the design and colors of my forms?

Yes! The plugin now includes a Form Style customization tab. You can easily adjust form width, alignment, text colors, placeholder transparency, and more directly from the builder.

Does this plugin store entries in WordPress?

Yes. Form entries are stored in the plugin’s custom database tables and can be easily viewed and managed from the Divine Forms > All Entries section in your WordPress admin area.

How do I display a form on my site?

Create a form in Divine Forms, save it, and copy the shortcode from the forms list. Then paste that shortcode into any page, post, or text widget.

Can I use this with Elementor or Gutenberg?

Absolutely! Just paste your form’s shortcode into an Elementor Shortcode widget or a Gutenberg Shortcode block.

Does the plugin support Google Sheets?

Can I remove plugin data on uninstall?
