External services
This plugin can connect to third-party services when you enable the related features in the plugin settings or in a form’s configuration.
Google Sheets
This plugin can connect to Google Sheets so form submissions can be written to a spreadsheet and, when needed, a spreadsheet can be created and checked from the WordPress admin area.
Data sent:
* Google service account credentials that you paste into the plugin settings are used only to request an OAuth access token from Google.
* Spreadsheet metadata such as the spreadsheet ID, sheet name, and header row may be requested when you validate or use a Google Sheets connection.
* Form submission values are sent to Google Sheets only when Google Sheets sync is enabled for a form and a submission is processed.
When data is sent:
* When you save and use a Google service account for Sheets access.
* When the plugin validates a configured spreadsheet or reads sheet headers.
* When a visitor submits a form that has Google Sheets sync enabled.
Service provider:
* Google: Google API Services User Data Policy, Google Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy
Anti-Spam / Captcha Services
When captcha is enabled for a form, the plugin loads the required JavaScript API from the configured third-party captcha provider and sends a server-side verification request to validate the user’s response. No data is sent unless an administrator configures API keys in the plugin settings and enables captcha on a form.
Google reCAPTCHA v2
Data sent: The user’s captcha response token and IP address are sent to Google for server-side verification.
When data is sent: On each form submission where Google reCAPTCHA is active.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/divine-smart-formsdirectory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPressPlugins > Add Newscreen by searching for “Divine Smart Forms”. - Activate the plugin through the
Pluginsscreen in WordPress. - Open
Divine Formsin the left-hand WordPress admin menu. - Click
+ Add Newto create your first form and save it. - Copy the generated shortcode (e.g.,
[divismfo_form id="123"]) and place it on any page, post, or widget where you want the form to appear.
