This plugin uses the power of ChatGPT LLM to act as a ChatBot answering questions based only on YOUR site’s pages and posts. When users ask a question, the ChatBot will use only the information on your site to answer their questions.
Please note: This plugin uses the Doobert.com service as a back end to index your pages and posts, and translate them for multi-lingual ChatBot capabilities. A Doobert organization account is required for using this plugin. To use this plugin, users need to sign up for a Doobert account and obtain an access token. Please refer to the documentation provided by Doobert for more information on how to set up and configure the plugin.
Installation
1. Upload the plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
1. Go to the Plugins page and activate the plugin.
Faq
Q: What is Doobert.com? Do I need an account to use the ChatBot?
A: Doobert.com is online software specifically designed for animal rescues and animal shelters to help them save more animals. A Doobert.com organization account is required (it’s free) to use the ChatBot. Just head over to https://app.doobert.com/org-signup to get your free organization account.
Q: What information is being sent to Doobert.com?
A: The ChatBot will index your WP pages and WP post text content and send to your Doobert.com Organization account. Your pages and post content text is indexed to send to ChatGPT API to answer your customers questions. It is also translated into other languages you select in the ChatBot.
Simply deactivate and delete the plugin.

This plugin has been an absolute LIFESAVER! It functions just like having our own customer service person available 24/7. It pulls answers directly from our site and we can “feed” it with information to share to questions asked by our site visitors…making the interaction feel completely personalized and accurate.
We’re excited to utilize the multilanguage feature so will see how that will work for us. It’s an amazing tool for any organization, big or small!

We recently integrated this plugin into our website…and it’s been a game-changer! It provides our users with accurate and personalized chat responses real time so we get to connect with them more. The best part is the ability to customize it to reflect our organization's brand colors, making the experience feel seamless with our website design. We haven’t tried the multiple language feature since we don’t need this yet but it’s good to just have it as an option. And the monthly analytic report? It gave us super helpful data like the most commonly asked questions or concerns from our community so we’re using it to improve our content. Highly recommended!!
Great tool for a short-staffed team

As a small animal welfare non-profit group, this plugin has been very helpful in responding to questions and inquiries from our community–functioning as if it were a member of our customer support team. We’re still testing its potential, but so far it’s been impressive!
We especially like the ability to customize it with our brand colors really gives it a polished, professional feel. We’ll soon try the multiple language feature so we can reach out to more people in our area. Excited to see how this tool will help us more!!

We are a small, non-profit animal rescue and struggle to keep up with the random questions we get from the general public. This plugin chatbot is AMAZING!! It answers questions based upon OUR pages as though it was our own customer service person. And the fact that it can support multiple languages is over the top awesome. We have a large latin american community where English is not their primary language and this saves us from having to Google Translate everything. GREAT TOOL.
