DropUI – Popups, Cart Abandonment Recovery and Marketing Automation
DropUI – Popups, Cart Abandonment Recovery and Marketing Automation
Description
Turn more WordPress visitors into customers
DropUI is a campaign platform for WordPress and WooCommerce. Create targeted popups, bars, embedded forms, product recommendations, web push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns from one dashboard.
Use DropUI to recover abandoned carts, collect leads, increase average order value, and bring visitors back after they leave your website.
DropUI works on WordPress websites with or without WooCommerce. When WooCommerce is active, campaigns can use data about products, categories, variations, coupons, cart contents, cart value, free-shipping thresholds, and checkout stage.
Create campaigns from scratch, start with a prebuilt campaign template, or use the AI Assistant to generate campaign copy, layout, and calls to action. A DropUI account is required, and a free plan is available.
What can you do with DropUI?
- Recover abandoned WooCommerce carts – re-engage shoppers with a relevant offer, discount code, or free-shipping incentive.
- Increase average order value – show progress toward free shipping, a free gift, or a discount based on cart value.
- Collect leads and marketing opt-ins – use popups and embedded forms to grow your contact list.
- Recommend products and create upsells – promote bestsellers and bundles, or offer relevant upsells and cross-sells based on the page or product a visitor is viewing.
- Bring visitors back – send web push notifications or WhatsApp messages after they leave your website.
- Personalize campaigns – target visitors using page, device, language, traffic source, behavior, and WooCommerce data.
- Measure and improve performance – track impressions, clicks, click-through rates, conversions, and A/B test results.
Built for WordPress, enhanced for WooCommerce
On any WordPress website, you can use popups, bars, embedded forms, Feed, web push notifications, WhatsApp, and behavior-based display rules.
In WooCommerce stores, campaigns can also respond to:
- the product, category, tag, or variation being viewed,
- cart contents and cart value,
- applied coupons,
- free-shipping thresholds,
- the current checkout stage.
This lets you show a relevant message for each visitor instead of the same generic promotion to everyone.
Engage visitors onsite and bring them back
- Popup – display an offer, form, or message based on the current page and visitor behavior.
- Bar – highlight a promotion, limited-time offer, announcement, or free-shipping threshold in WooCommerce.
- Embed – place a form, recommendation, or offer directly within a selected area of your website.
- Feed – add an onsite panel where visitors can reopen current offers, updates, and recommendations while browsing.
- Web push – remind visitors about a promotion, product, abandoned cart, or unfinished purchase after they leave.
- WhatsApp – send offers and reminders, then continue the conversation when a customer replies.
Show the right message at the right time
You decide who sees a campaign, where it appears, and when it is triggered.
A campaign can respond to:
- the current page,
- whether this is the visitor’s first or a repeat visit,
- visitor behavior, including exit intent,
- device, language, and traffic source,
- UTM parameters and login status,
- scheduling and frequency controls.
Create campaigns without starting from scratch
Build a campaign yourself, customize a prebuilt template, or describe your goal to the AI Assistant. The Assistant can suggest campaign copy, layout, and calls to action.
Paid plans include support from an onboarding specialist who can help you configure DropUI, launch campaigns, review performance, and decide what to improve next.

Compatibility
The plugin requires WordPress 6.3 or newer.
The plugin was also tested up to WordPress 7.0.
Each WordPress site connects to DropUI independently. In a WordPress Multisite network, every site has its own DropUI connection, configuration, and campaigns.
External Service
This plugin connects your WordPress website to DropUI, an external software service. A DropUI account is required to create, publish, and analyze campaigns.
Service provider:
E-TRADE SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o.
When the site administrator starts the connection process, the plugin sends the information required to identify and connect the WordPress website, including:
- a unique site identifier,
- the WordPress site name,
- the site URL,
- the connection callback URL,
- the WordPress administrator email address,
- the platform identifier,
- information indicating whether the site already has an authentication secret.
For authenticated actions such as signing in to DropUI or disconnecting the site, the plugin sends a signed request containing the site identifier, the requested action, a timestamp, a nonce, and a cryptographic signature.
After you connect your website, the service may process information needed to select, display, and measure campaigns, including:
- the URL of the page being visited,
- campaign identifiers,
- impressions, clicks, and conversions,
- device, language, and traffic-source information,
- user behavior related to a campaign,
- information voluntarily submitted through forms, such as an email address or phone number.
If the website uses WooCommerce, the processed context may also include the product, category, variation, coupon, cart contents, cart value, and checkout stage.
The exact scope of processed information depends on the website configuration, enabled features, and active campaigns.
The plugin does not connect the site to DropUI until the site administrator explicitly starts the connection process.
