Easy Loyalty Points and Rewards for WooCommerce is a lightweight, easy to use customer loyalty system for WooCommerce. Increase customer loyalty by rewarding customers with points for purchases and actions. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Earn points for purchases – earn points at a conversion ratio you define.
Redeem points for discounts – redeem points for discounts on future order at a conversion ratio you define.
Redemption thresholds – define minimum order amounts or point balances before points can be redeemed for a discount.
Customer dashboard – customers can view their points balance and recent points activity within their WooCommerce account page.
Manually adjust points balances for customers – adjust balances at any time.
Custom messages – choose your own custom messages to be displayed to customers (although sensible defaults are included).
Points log – every points activity is recorded in a searchable global log.
Customer balances – view a list of customers with their points balances.
Tax/VAT mode – award points based on tax inclusive or tax exclusive prices.
Point rounding – round points up or down.

Installation

Unzip easy-loyalty-points-and-rewards-for-woocommerce.zip and upload to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the Plugins page in WordPress
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
Go to WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > Settings to configure the plugin settings

Faq

How does this plugin handle tax/VAT?

The plugin can calculate using tax inclusive or tax exclusive prices. This can be changed using the plugin’s ‘Tax Mode’ setting.

Does the plugin support import/export of point balances?

Not yet but this is planned for the future.

Does the plugin support assigning points for orders created before the plugin was installed?

Not yet but this is planned for the future.

Good Plugin, but not HPOS compatible

The plugin does the job and provides a simple solution to create a loyalty program.

However, it is not compatible with Woocommerce High Performance Order Storage (HPOS), which is problematic.

I like the plugin and would like to keep it, but will most likely desactivate it unless HPOS is supported.

The plugin works fine however, I've noticed an issues with the integration for variant products

If you have product variants with different prices the point system only uses the highest priced item to calculate the points. It doesn't change for the variant you select.

So lets say you had three variants priced at (£19.99, £24.99 & £29.99) it will only see the highest amount.

Geat lightweight plugin! but wish customers had one option

great lightweight plugin, we switched from another plugin that had issues with other plugins. but, the only thing we are not happy with, is customers have to use all of points available for the purchase everytime they make a purchase. we wish that customers had the option to only use some of their points.

Had issues initially after installing the plug-in (there was a broken icon before Points text on MY account page - using woodmart theme, but was sorted by my web guy). Other than that, pretty straight forward plugin, beginner friendly set-up and light weight. Good job for a making simple, yet efficient plugin.

Perfect plugin for WooCommerce. It's working flawlessly. The developer may add more translatable areas for as point dashboard and recent events. Also customer's point amount can be used with shortcode.
