Installation
- Upload the entire
email-verifyfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Go to Settings => Email Verification

For anyone wondering... Just tested this on a site I have and it didn't prevent a credit card authorization with a completely made up email address.

Works well. Please change line 45 in settings.php to White listed Domains and line 52 to White listed Email Addresses (they are switched).
