Installation

Download repo’s tarball/zip and extract it to your WordPress’s Plugins folder ({wordpress-folder}/wp-content/plugins)
Enter your WordPress Administrator panel (http://my-wordpress.url/wp-admin)
Activate plugin under Plugins section
Go to post/page you want to embed your form
If you are using Gutenberg editor, add a Classic block to your post/page
Click on Jotform’s Form Picker tool (pencil icon)
Select your form from your Jotform account
Save/Preview it
Voila! Your form is embedded to your post/page 🙂

Jotform ad banner can't be dismissed.

This plugin places annoying banner everywhere in your wordpress admin, with no option to dismiss or hide it. As of Feb, 2025 the update did this.

The question is, why would you do this? Are you trying to get people to hate Jotform and leave one star reviews?

Use the third party publish options

For anyone looking for a solution to integrate Jotform forms since this plugin is no longer updated : if you make an form using the form builder, in the publish tab there's a button called "platforms - Third party publish options."

Then you can choose the wordpress.org option, you will be given an htlm code that you can copy and paste on your website in any html block.

Doesn't Work

I set up a JotForm account, created a form, and followed the directions on the screenshots. My forms showed up and it created the shortcode, but no form shows up on my website.

This plugin does not work. Tried embedding a form and testing, loads forever.

It just doesn't work

This plugin needs to be pulled. It simply doesn't work. When you try to get support from Jotform, they will just tell you to use embed code instead of the plugin. It's a total waste of time. Don't bother installing this.

Not ready for production - buggy issues

We had hoped to use Jotforms and one of the primary reasons was the signature field. We have spent days trying to get it to work, but Jotform keeps having issues:

• Will randomly change the width of the enterable signature area, making it useless • Signature fields are corrupt when initial display of form is initially hidden • Defined field properties are not always present on resulting form While their support was fairly prompt, they could not provide a workable fix. We are having to look for a production ready solution that has a working form with signature fields.

Guess it works or doesn't work - for me no

On Firefox - pencil icon doesn't appear at all On Chrome - pencil icon appears - click it for a blank modal screen with no message. Lasts a couple of seconds then disappears. Try it - it might work for you. If it doesn't - move on to another method.
