EPE Formetto automatically generates a clean PDF document from Contact Form 7 submission data and attaches it to the form email.

Designed to be lightweight and focused, this plugin does one thing only: generate and attach readable PDFs without complex builders, template editors, or unnecessary configuration.

Important note:
Contact Form 7 is a third-party plugin.
This plugin is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Contact Form 7 project.

  1. Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install it via the WordPress Plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
  3. Ensure Contact Form 7 is installed and activated.
  4. Go to Settings EPE Formetto.
  5. Select the Contact Form 7 form that should generate PDFs.
Does this plugin require Contact Form 7?

Yes. Contact Form 7 must be installed and active.

Where are the generated PDFs stored?

PDFs are stored in the WordPress uploads directory inside a protected subfolder created by the plugin.

Can I choose which form generates PDFs?

Yes. Only the form selected in the plugin settings will generate PDFs.

Does this plugin lock features behind a license?

No. All functionality included in this plugin is fully available without license checks.
