Fay Chat allows you to integrate your WhatsApp directly into your website. You also can add multiple employees with WhatsApp numbers. Your website’s visitors and customers will appreciate the opportunity.

From your WordPress dashboard of your website:

  1. Go to ‘Plugins > Add New’,
  2. Search for ‘Fay Chat’ and install the plugin,
  3. Activate ‘Fay Chat’ from your Plugins page.

From WordPress.org (Manual installation):

  1. Download ‘Fay Chat’.
  2. Upload the ‘Fay Chat’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (FTP, sFTP, SCP, etc.).
  3. Activate ‘Fay Chat’ from your Plugins page.

Once the plugin is activated you will find the options to add an agent to WhatsApp chat: Fay Chat-> Add Agent.
