I just came here to say that I love FeedBucket for client website reviews!
I have landed on FeedBucket and it is amazing. It is a super-easy install with their WP plugin and clients do not struggle with it. The initial intro and tour is a very nice touch as well.
2-way integration with your existing project management tools
Feedbucket is built using 2-way communication which means that you can resolve, comment and so on directly from your project management tool. This means that your team do not have to log into Feedbucket but can handle everything from the tool you already use.

Huge time saver

It's hard to write about this plugin without mentioning the paid Feedbucket SaaS: feedbucket [dot] app. We moved from a free Markup [dot] io account to a paid Feedbucket account since it was a lot more affordable. But there have been some real killer features like integration with a wide range of software - we use the Asana integration and it's amazing.
Okay, so now for the plugin review: having a plugin that easily allows us to set up Feedbucket and choose where it shows is amazing. If you're using WordPress and Feedbucket you may already be using this, but if not, you should!
My only recommendation for the Feedbucket team would be having some sort of option to exclude or include certain pages. We do a lot of landing page builds as well as website builds and it would be nice to have it run only on landing page.
This one actually works!

It's incredibly easy to set up and allows for seamless collection of text feedback, image uploads, and videos without requiring browser extensions. The two-way integration with Asana is exceptional, making it a versatile solution for managing client feedback. Clients can also track their submitted feedback and see its resolution directly on their website. If you're looking for an efficient way to gather and manage feedback on your WordPress site, Feedbucket is the perfect choice.
You've tried the rest - this is the winner!

We've probably purchased, used or tested the majority of tools on the market for getting website feedback and Feedbucket has to be the best!
It's super simple to set up and gathering text feedback, image uploads, or video is a breeze.
There's no need for browser extensions (that confuse your clients).
It has superb two way integration with a whole suite of tools (which most other tools don't have).
If you're looking for a way to get client feedback on a DEV or LIVE site straight into your task tool - this is it.
Clients can even see the feedback they submitted, and when it's resolved right on their website.
Great work guys!
A great timesaver!
