Fidras by CatalystIQ connects your WooCommerce store to the Fidras analytics platform, providing:

Third-Party Services
This plugin connects to the Fidras Server, an external service that you self-host or use as a managed service. The server URL is configured by the store administrator in the plugin settings.
When connected, this plugin sends the following data to your configured Fidras server:
- Customer data – Names, email addresses, and order history via WooCommerce webhooks
- Order data – Order details, products purchased, and transaction information via WooCommerce webhooks
- Product data – Product catalog information via the WooCommerce REST API
- Cart data – Cart contents and session information for abandoned cart detection
This data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. No data is sent to any third-party service until you explicitly configure and connect to a Fidras server.

Privacy Policy
This plugin stores connection settings (server URL, authentication token, webhook secret) in your WordPress database. Customer, order, and product data is transmitted to your configured Fidras analytics server for processing. Installation
- Upload the
fidras-by-catalystiqfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu
- Go to Fidras by CatalystIQ > Settings and enter your Fidras server URL
- Click “Connect to Fidras” to complete setup

Yes, this plugin connects to a self-hosted Fidras analytics server. The server handles all data processing and dashboard rendering.
The plugin shares WooCommerce customer, order, and product data with your Fidras server via WooCommerce webhooks and REST API. See the “Third-Party Services” section above for full details.
