Fivenson Reviews Widget for Google Business allows you to display authentic customer reviews from your Google Business Profile on any WordPress site. Reviews are supplied by a JSON feed you maintain or specify; the plugin renders and formats the feed with responsive touch sliders, carousels, and grid layouts.

  1. Upload the fivenson-business-reviews-for-google folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install directly through the WordPress plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Navigate to Settings > Fivenson Reviews to enter your Google Place ID and customize your preferences.
  4. Place the shortcode [fivenson_reviews layout="slider" sort="newest" min_rating="3"] anywhere on your site.
How do I find my Google Place ID?

You can find your Place ID using Google’s Place ID Finder tool or entering your business name in the plugin settings.

Can I hide reviews under 3 stars?

Yes, you can set the min_rating attribute or configure it in the admin settings. Reviews below your threshold are filtered out.

Can visitors swipe with their fingers on mobile?

Yes! The carousel supports full touch swipe on mobile and mouse grab-and-drag on desktop.

Does this expose my Google Cloud API keys?

No. The plugin is built with a zero-credential client architecture to prevent quota theft and key abuse.

Does this plugin inject Google SEO Schema?

Yes. Enabling the SEO & Schema setting outputs Schema.org AggregateRating markup into the page header for Google search rich snippets.

How are reviews synchronized?

Reviews are supplied by a JSON feed URL you configure under Settings > Fivenson Reviews (or an endpoint you maintain). The plugin renders the feed with responsive sliders, touch gestures, and star filtering without exposing Google API credentials in client-side code.
