Fixed Admin Sidebar

Fixes the positioning of the admin sidebar to the side of the browser, even when scrolled down. Best used with collapsed view.

1. Upload fixedsidebar.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
