This is a simple plugin that allows web site developer to show a splash screen and in the splash screen developer can show any thing. In back end developer need to enter the short code and the rest will be manage this

You can show any thing like forms from contact-form-7 , formiddable forms , news subscribers form or any thing like christmas wishing.

1. Upload Forameal splash Screen plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Then go to the setting page and add your contact form 7 ID.
