Forms List Description for Gravity Forms

This plugin requires Gravity Forms. It adds a column to show the corresponding description for each form in the forms listing within wp-admin.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
