1. Upload gallery-made-easy/ directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. For best experience, make sure you’ve installed a thumbnail regeneration plugin
4. Go to Gallery
5. Create a gallery
6. Add it to your page or post using the shortcode or the visible gallery button in the editor
