Installation

Installation should follow the below steps:

Install Gameball plugin
Activate the plugin from the “Plugins” page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
A new menu item will be added to your WordPress admin dashboard called “Gameball”, use it to configure your Gameball settings.
Add your Gameball “API Key” and “Transaction Key”. You will find them in your Gameball dashboard. For more information, check this article: https://help.gameball.co/en/articles/3467114-how-can-you-get-your-account-integration-details-api-key-transaction-key
Select the events that you wish to use to build your gamified rewards experience.
Save your settings.
Login to your Gameball dashboard and enjoy your experience!

Drop us an email at sales@gameball.co and one of our agents will guide you through. Starting July 2020,
you will be able to create your own Gameball account by simply going to www.gameball.co and registering.

How does Gameball referrals work?

Gameball creates unique URLs for every one of your customers. Each URL can be used to attribute referral registrations to their respective customers, and hence reward them with referral points.

Is Gameball for free?

We offer all of our customers a 14-day trial period, however, we currently do not offer free plans. The subscription you pay for Gameball will always be smaller than the money you save in your marketing budget. Gameball helps you significantly reduce your marketing budget by boosting repeated sales, increasing basket size, and motivating word of mouth.

A very versatile tool for complete worry free gamification of your website. Most wordpress plugins and self hosted options are very buggy, often have a lot of technical code debt, and are pretty bad looking (bad UI and UX) This is where Gameball comes in! It's easy to setup and to costumize how you want, the tool is very powerful and flexible and gives you a lot of options. Above all, it looks beautiful everywhere! My only request is that the referral system could work more like a proper link affiliate system, for better ecommerce results 🙂 The Gameball team is very friendly, very quick to help you and also very open to the necessities and requests of the users.

I finally found the best gamification app! And by far 🙂 Really well thought out, very aesthetic and easy to use, it looks great, even better than in my dreams. The possibilities are endless. The team is attentive and super responsive. You can see right away that they are masters in the field. Access to the API allows incredible things. Its only limit is your imagination. I never thought it would be possible, but Gameball has done it. Try it, you won't regret it!

Awesome points rewards app

Gameball is a very good shopify points rewards app with very nice UI design.Now their woocommerce version is available. Here are its benefits: 1) Great front UI design with attractive icon and interface 2) Nice and simple backend interface to easily understand all settings 3) App integration function which can achieve customer leave review ( I'm using judge.me and get points rewards 4) Nice custom message pop up function to different audience. Hope more function will be added by developer to make this rewards app greater. Highly recommended to try this app in your woocommerce store. They have free 2 week free trial period.

This plugin is just starting out and has a lot of promise and it's miles ahead most other wordpress plugins on gamification, rewards and referrals. The development team is very friendly and helpful 🙂 Can't wait to see where this goes!
