Description

Requires Gravity Forms by Rocketgenius, Inc.

Need to store your Gravity Forms file uploads to your Amazon S3 buckets? SyncS3 for Gravity Forms pushes your file uploads to any S3 bucket.

This plugin adds an option to notifications to add files uploaded to fileupload fields as attachments to that specific notification.

Features

  • Add files uploaded with fileupload fields to notifications as attachments.
  • Option to delete the files from the server after succesfully sending the notification. This option will delete the files as soon as the notification that has this option enabled is succesfully sent. If you have multiple notifications that send the files as attachments make sure this option is only enabled for the notification that is sent last.

Other Gravity Forms Add-Ons

  • SyncS3 for Gravity Forms – SyncS3 gives Gravity Forms users the ability to push any files to any Amazon S3 bucket. When files are submitted through a form, you can send those files to any Amazon account, and any S3 bucket. Simply add your Amazon AWS credentials, chose which fields should push to S3, and save.
  • Canned Replies for Gravity Forms – Canned Replies for Gravity Forms lets GF users add canned responses, and send them to the submitter of any form entry. Useful for common responses, or just messing with spammers!

To install this plugin manually, follow these steps:

  • From the dashboard of your site, navigate to Plugins –> Add New.
  • Select the Upload option and hit “Choose File.”
  • Navigate to and select the .zip file you can download from this page.
  • Follow the instructions and wait till it’s finished.
  • When it’s finished, activate the plugin via the prompt. A message will show confirming activation was successful.

To use the plugin simply go to the notification edit screen in gravity forms.

Seems not to be maintained

Works fine still, however new bug has arrived with no fix in sight, so likely risky for production environments.

This is a Scam Company

By buddyjames28 on February 10, 2022

We purchased a module and it did not work. Their website offered a money-back guarantee and when we asked for our money back our IP was blocked. We checked with our contacts at Elegant Themes who said they knew nothing about this company. They are investigating. This is obviously a third-world hacker/developer who is trying to scam honest users and WordPress Professionals. After some light investigation, we also found out that they had issues with PayPal and are now attempting to use Stripe. We would be happy to talk to anyone at Automattic about our experience and provide any information required to take further action. The previously submitted reviews are obviously not real accept for the one about the plugin not working 😉

Working with WordPress 5.8.2 and GF 2.5.15.3

By Lucas (Luquerias) on December 30, 2021

Working as expected but as it has not been updated in a long time maybe is not a good idea to use it on a production site...

Not working - settings no selectable - jbl_uaa_settings

The settings are not selectable in version 5.7.2. It would be helpful if it is updated. Thx

Straightforward

First time's a charm, even with up to date GF and WP core. The deletion of files off the server is a nice touch as well as far as option.

Works perfect!

Easy to use and does what it says. Thank you for the plugin!

Works well

By Jason Kemp (dialogcrm) on September 22, 2017

This works well. What I would like is a way to append a document prefix onto attached files to make sorting them easier when they are sent as notifications. Perhaps that could be a future development if others also think so?

Simple and it works!

Works well. Can't understand why it's not a built in option in Gravity Forms, but I'm glad this plugin exists.

Does the job

Easy plugin, and works as described.

Works as expected

By weitblickonline on September 3, 2016

The Plugin does exactly what it says. I use it for a form that allows multiple uploads which we don't want the be stored on the server.
